PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item.
When you are finished shopping, select the view cart link and proceed to check
out. First time customers will be required to register. Return customers save
time, by simply inserting their username and password.

PAYMENT
We accept credit cards(MASTER/VISA)through PAYPAL for International/Local customers for minimum purchase of MYR 200. A separate invoice from PAYPAL will be sent to your registered email. An extra 3.5% fee (Paypal's charge) will be incurred. All payment must be made in USD$ or MYR currency.
We also accept Direct Bank Transfer to Maybank Berhad, CIMB and HSBC accounts. All accounts number will be given once order has been placed.
Payment must be made within 3 DAYS after date of order. Failed payment will result in cancellation and items to be released automatically.
DELIVERY
We ship in stock items within 24 hours, Mon-Fri but custom orders will be handled on an
individual basis. Flat shipping fee of RM10 per order to anywhere in Malaysia via courier.
FREE shipping above MYR250 anywhere in Malaysia via courier for items weighing up to 1 kg. If more, orders will automatically sent via Registered Post Parcel, specially for orders from East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). Free shipping does not apply during sales period.
In the case of delays due to traffic delays, strikes, natural disasters and other unforeseeable events, eZ Motherhood is not required to compensate for damages or inconveniences caused by such delays.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels and while we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform eZ Motherhood if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived within reasonable time, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
ORDERING
There is no minimum order for local customers. Shipping will be added to the total order at check out.

You may track the status of your order by clicking on the Order
Tracking Link, after which you will have to enter your specified user name and

PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is important to us!
Making a purchase requires that you supply your contact information
(name-email-address-shipping address). When purchasing, you will create an
account that will store your information, so the next time you shop with us, you
will simply log in. Your information is strictly confidential. We use this for
your convenience, and to process our orders only.
The information you
provide to us will be used solely by us, to process your orders. We will not
distribute, display or sell any information you entrust to us. We will not
allow any third party access to your personal information unless forced to do so
by law. We will not solicit you or contact you outside of order
processing.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
- We’ll do our best to make sure all goods sent are in good conditions. All goods sold are final and are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE unless defective.
But if you really need to return some items to us, items must be returned within 7 days of receipt and we will gladly offer you an exchange or credit note based on the appropriate situations.
For EXCHANGING ITEMS (Based on acceptable situations), please e-mail us at farra@ezmotherhood.com and notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. Items returned must be unwashed & unused in its original packaging, UNOPENED and in RESALEABLE condition. Once returned item has been received and verified suitable for exchange, new selected items will be posted out via local mail or courier delivery. We regret that courier charges will be borned by the customer.
STORE SALES
Payment must be made within 24hrs after order has been placed. Our system will automatically cancel the order and re-list the items when there is no payment received after 24hrs. All goods sold are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE unless defective. Free shipping does not apply during sales period.
